  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
